Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has 83 achievements on Steam counting its DLC, and Game Rant's achievement guide (May 16, 2025) counted 50 achievements and 51 PlayStation trophies in the base game, 64 with Brushes with Death. The rarest is Lent, for finishing the game without eating meat or killing any animals, held by 1.0% of Steam players on Oct 25, 2026. Game Rant says not every achievement can be earned in one playthrough: Lent, the Hardcore Mode pair and a few choice-based ones each need their own run, and several are missable. This page lists the counts, the rarest achievements with Steam's own percentages, the missable and hardest ones as guide outlets name them, and how long the game takes to finish.

How many achievements and trophies

The count grew with each DLC. Game Rant counted 50 base achievements and 51 PlayStation trophies at launch, then 64 once Brushes with Death arrived on May 15, 2025. Steam now lists 83, which includes Legacy of the Forge and Mysteria Ecclesiae as well. The three story DLCs are on Brushes with Death, Legacy of the Forge and Mysteria Ecclesiae.

Some achievements come from free updates rather than paid DLC. Flagellum Dei asks for 150 points in the mounted archery competition, which Update 1.3 added free with horse racing (via the quest Horses for Courses), and the two Hardcore Mode achievements arrived with Patch 1.2.4 on Apr 15, 2025. Updates are listed on Patches and Updates.

Source: Steam global achievement percentages and the Steam Community achievement page, read Oct 25, 2026. Many of the rarest belong to the DLCs, which fewer players own: Vengeance Solves Nothing and Bohemian Graffitti come from Brushes with Death, and Ostraconophobia from Mysteria Ecclesiae, as Game Rant's achievement guide and secret endings guide explain.

The most common, for contrast, are This Won't End Well (82.2%), Déjà Vu (67.9%), An Old Friend (64.4%, finding Pebbles) and Fancy Fighting (64.1%, killing an enemy with a combo).

Missable achievements

Several achievements can be lost for the rest of a playthrough. Game Rant's achievement guide names these:

Achievement When to get it Steam players
Déjà Vu Beat Hans Capon in practice during Easy Riders, at the very start 67.9%
Die Another Day As Godwin, save your brother when combat starts in The Feast 30.6%
Silence is Golden Stop the raid on Semine, across Back in the Saddle and Necessary Evil 25.2%
Been There Done That Finish most of the game's content, including side quests before the story cancels them 17.5%

Source: Game Rant, May 16, 2025; percentages from Steam, Oct 25, 2026. The points where the story cancels quests are listed in Game Rant's points-of-no-return guide (Feb 13, 2025): Wedding Crashers, For Victory!, The King's Gambit and Oratores. The story's choices are on Endings and Main Quests in Trosky.

Lent is missable from the first meal. It needs a whole game without meat or killing animals, wolves included, so it has to be planned from a new game, and the Brushes with Death opening asks you to drive off wolves without killing them if you want it, per Game Rant's Sketchy Situation walkthrough (May 16, 2025).

The hardest achievements

Guide outlets agree on a short list of hard ones. Game Rant names Lent, Against All Odds (finish Hardcore Mode with all 10 negative perks), Nimble Fingers (pick a Very Hard lock) and Master of Masters (beat Zavish in three disciplines). TheGamer's hardest list (Feb 21, 2025) adds Been There Done That, High Noon (shoot an enemy who is also using a gun), No Good Deed (save Maleshov without getting caught), Bohemian Sniper (a long-range crossbow headshot), Silence is Golden and Old Raven (find the imprisoned true lord of Nebakov).

Steam's numbers show which are truly rare. Of those, Against All Odds (1.3%) and Lent (1.0%) are far below the rest; Nimble Fingers is held by 43.6% and Master of Masters by 13.2%.

Hardcore Mode needs its own run. Hardcore Henry II asks you to finish the story in Hardcore Mode, which Warhorse's patch post describes as having no map position, no fast travel, no surrendering enemies and at least three permanent negative perks. Against All Odds asks for all of them. See Hardcore Mode.

Gun achievements are rare because guns come late and misbehave. Overkill (2.0%) is easiest with a pistole and scattershot ammunition, according to TheGamer's Overkill guide (Feb 7, 2025), and Hic-Hic-Boom ends the game when you make gunpowder while drunk, as Game Rant's secret endings guide (Mar 11, 2026) notes. See Firearms.

DLC achievements

Each story DLC has a completion achievement and a few for its side stories. Steam's percentages on Oct 25, 2026:

Achievement DLC Steam players
Masterpiece (finish Brushes with Death) Brushes with Death 8.1%
Rest in One Piece (return the skull) Brushes with Death 3.5%
Nothing But the Best (give the painter top-quality medicine) Brushes with Death 4.6%
Master of the Blacksmiths' Guild Legacy of the Forge 19.7%
Home Sweet Home! (finish rebuilding your smithy) Legacy of the Forge 13.0%
Martin's Legacy (restore the Kuttenberg astronomical clock) Legacy of the Forge 12.4%
Better Safe Than Sorry (make a plague mask) Mysteria Ecclesiae 8.6%
Fresh Air ("You finished DLC3") Mysteria Ecclesiae 8.8%

Source: Steam global achievement percentages, read Oct 25, 2026; DLC assignments from Game Rant's Brushes with Death walkthrough (May 20, 2025) and Game Rant's prestige guide (Sep 10, 2025). Game Rant says returning the painter's skull to his grave west of Bylany gives the skull achievement.

Achievements with a joke

Many hidden achievements reward odd behavior. Steam lists Feline Affection (3.1%) for repeatedly petting a cat, Stop Licking That! (8.2%) for tasting flour from a dead person's hair, Under a Brown Flag (14.0%) for hanging used underwear on a tavern, My Shoes! (16.9%) for having your shoes stolen while passed out drunk, and Rock and Stone! (45.9%) for killing an enemy with a boulder dropped from the battlements. Groschen Must Flow (38.7%) and The Lord Taketh Away (13.7%) reward spending and losing ten thousand groschen. Ways to earn and lose that money are on Money Making Guide.

How long to beat

The main story takes about 50 hours. PCGamesN's length guide (Feb 4, 2025) gives about 50 hours for the main story, about 80 with extras, and over 120 for a completionist, from its own play. TheGamer (Feb 4, 2025) says 60 to 80 hours with some side quests and more than 150 hours for 100%. Neither figure includes the three story DLCs, which came later.

Only 29.1% of Steam players have The End, for completing the story, and 51.6% have New Horizons, for reaching the Kuttenberg region (Steam, Oct 25, 2026). The route is on Story and Main Quest Walkthrough.
